When a stable snow cover forms on the bog, visitors of the Reserve have the opportunity to visit a real winter fairy tale and the most interesting parts of Polistovye, which are difficult to reach in the summer.
The snowmobile route shows tourists picturesque winter landscapes - forests wrapped in snowy shawls, plains of snow-white fields and bogs, and even intra-marsh islands, once inhabited by people, but now completely transformed into the realm of wildlife.
Along the way, the guide tells tourists about the nature and history of the bog and the scientific work of the Reserve. Along the route, you can see bizarre dwarf pines covered in glistening frost and other bog plants, and if you're lucky, you can see animal tracks.
