Construction of a pier on Tsevlo Lake is completed
The pier for boats on the shore of Tsevlo Lake in the village of the same name is completed. Construction started this winter by employees of Polistovsky Reserve; and soon, after ice melting, the pier will be opened for use to everyone.
The pier will make the process of berthing and boarding more comfortable. It will be useful for employees of Polistovsky Reserve during scientific and security events; for tourists visiting the water excursion "From the bogs to the ocean"; as well as for all owners of boats living in the village of Tsevlo, and fishermen.
In addition, you can swim from the edge of the pier, starting at a depth suitable for swimming. This will save those who want to refresh themselves from the need to overcome dozens of meters of shallow water polluted with silt and peat.
The pier is installed on metal supports and is equipped with a wooden flooring, near the end of the pier there are railings. The length of the pier is about 140 meters, it should be enough to comfortably use it at any water level in Tsevlo Lake.
