You can watch a video report from the lecture of Polistovsky Reserve on Velikoluskaya Agricultural Academy Youtube-channel (in Russian):
The lecture was interesting for listeners, various questions arose during the speeches, the most popular of which was the issue of vacancies in the Reserve and necessary education. The most needed specialists in protected areas are people with natural science education in the field of biology, ecology, geography and related fields. Now vacancies of researchers are open in Polistovsky Reserve.
Polistovsky Reserve staff plan to discuss possibilities of further cooperation with the Academy - conducting student practices and scientific research on the basis of the Reserve.
The administration of Polistovsky Reserve would like to thank Velikie Luki State Agricultural Academy for the invitation to hold a lecture, and Nikolay Maksimov for photo and video materials.
