Polistovsky Reserve took part in "VK Fest".
On July 15 and 16, fans of the largest European social network VKontakte were gathered by the large-scale event. «VK Fest» became a meeting place with artists, speakers, bloggers, favorite communities directly on the waterfront of Finnish Gulf, in the Park of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg.
The festival is held for the third time. In 2017, it collected 85 thousand guests, more than 1.5 million viewers of Internet broadcasts of events taking place in parallel at 350 interactive venues. This year, for the first time, the "Green Zone" was singled out: it was the site of projects covering many areas of environmental issues. The system of specially protected natural reserves of Russia was represented by Polistovsky and Kostomukshsky nature reserves.
Guests of Polistovsky Reserve corner might feel themselves in a quiet corner, away from the music stages and noise, go straight across the lawn of the park between trees, watching the photos of nature lakes and marshes. Visitors could meet the life of one water inhabitant, making moves on the cells of “Beaver Path"- a dice game, familiar to everyone since childhood. Animal drawing, paper frogs, photo on the background of the "corporate" Polistovsky landscape - let it all remain to guests places away from the bustling city, where the fragile beauty of nature is preserved in its original form.
Polistovsky Reserve team thanks the volunteers with whom the photozone was created: Dmitry and Maria Tishchenko, Vladislava Zakharova, Marina Vinogradova.
